Everyday I hear people complaining about loosing weight and feeling fat. Well, i'm going to offend some people but hopefully help some as well. If your doing nothing about your eating and lifestyle you can only blame your fat ass on pure laziness. Get out of that McDonalds AND please I beg you get your fat kid out of there too.

Rewards of working your bod
I went to bikram tonight. 6th day straight. I noticed when I came home tonight I was able to eat alot. So the reward is I gained a healthy hearty appetite. And I felt great! This can be you. Earn that appetite. Do you love to be so hungry that you really appreciate that meal? Good. Go work your ass off and you will crave and really enjoy your food.

it is not farting... it's skin slipping on mat
I always hear from people who've tried Bikram and didn't like it that their experience was that it was sweaty and gross and peoPle farted. I couldn't figure out the farting thing. I never encountered it. It's kind of common curtesy to hold it in especially in an environment like that. Well, next time I went to class I listened and sure enough it was happening around me and even happened to me. It was just the slipping friction noise.

heres the thing with exercise
.... it makes you feel good! It realy does. One thing I know is that not every exercise is for everyone. Find what you like and love and want to do. It won't happen over night. It may mean trying different things. But remember that when you try something there is always learning curve so you may not like it right away. Eventually if you love it your ass may start to shrink. I have loved many, my first love was swimming and running. Running is now something I try not to do because of a past exercise. Having a car run over my foot made it not so fun to run. During that time of discovering what else i'd love my buttocks started to grow, not much but I did loose momentum and got demotivated.
I went through gym, swimming and finally fell into Bikram yoga. I love it. I really liked it at first and I liked that people of all shapes and sizes went. But now I love it. I can see the results. I now go 5 days a week. That may not be for everyone, but once you find what you love you need to become an addict. Crave it, want it, desire it. It's the way you will commit yourself. Who wants to do anything when it's a chore. Learn to get a high from it, whatever it is. AND reward yourself!!
I will go into that later, ways to reward yourself and motivate yourself. It's all you.

today and pigging out
Well today I did Bikram, thats yoga that kicks the fat out of your ass. Well instead of being super healthy I was starving and ate 2 homemade scones, cup of coffee and a bowl of homemade mac n cheese. Well guess what I can eat anything because I kicked my ass. You can almost eat anything too but you got to earn it. Don't diet, work your ass out and eat food you make, not what Mr. McDonald makes. If you need cooking ideas and good substitutes for baking that are healthy, just ask me, I love to cook and bake and eat and..... exercise. Learn to love and and live and that fat will burn right off your behind.

step one starting now
If your reading this and are thinking "well what can I do right now? Im too lazy to get off my ass to exercise and I already ate a big ol meal tonight"
Go for a walk, this will aid digestion. While walking think to your self "next time i'm going to put down that fork and not eat so much."
If you have not had that humongous meal then it's not too late for you tonight. Go down yourself a large glass of water, this will help when you eat your meal because your stomach will be full. Don't worry Im sure you can still slam that food down as usual but this time there may be just a little less room. You will get fuller faster while nourishing yourself with the best fluid you can get.
Thats right, water. Water is so important, we evaporate water constantly, why do you think you had that headache last time? Most likely dehydration. So, drink at least 70 oz of water a day to get that ass in shape. If you don't like water , who cares, do you like a fat ass? Really though, there are ways to love water and eventually you will start craving water. It will become addiction I promise. I used to be one of the haters. Now I love water, I want to swim and drink and bath in that stuff. Wait thats exactly what I already do.
Anyways, try it and tell me when you finally love it. By then your ass will be a little smaller. Hopefully.
just some ideas on how to make water more yummy:
-squeeze some lemon in that H20, lemon in water will also aid in healthy kidney functions
-understand the benefits, Water increases the metabolism, and so it helps you loose weight.
- make a sticker chart for everyday you drink your 70 oz. In one week treat yourself with something. Maybe a glass of water.
-tell yourself that you will love it
- everywhere you go, have water with you. If you are at Starbucks or any place getting something for your hunger then ask for a large ice water and down that thing
- add some slices of fruit
- chew gum while drinking water, mmm it always taste better that way.

why i'm here and what inspired me.
I'm here writing all you fat asses or going to be fat asses because I have always wanted to help people get in shape and I get so frustrated hearing people bitch and complain and do nothing about it. Also, it happens to be World series week and as we know there are a lot of people jamming their faces full of fatty salty crap and drinking it down with sugar. I saw a short bit of the game and all I could think of was how the players are FAT! This is a physical game, they should not be fat. They also are rich, why don't they pay for a trainer to get their guts in shape.
