today and pigging out

Well today I did Bikram, thats yoga that kicks the fat out of your ass. Well instead of being super healthy I was starving and ate 2 homemade scones, cup of coffee and a bowl of homemade mac n cheese. Well guess what I can eat anything because I kicked my ass. You can almost eat anything too but you got to earn it. Don't diet, work your ass out and eat food you make, not what Mr. McDonald makes. If you need cooking ideas and good substitutes for baking that are healthy, just ask me, I love to cook and bake and eat and..... exercise. Learn to love and and live and that fat will burn right off your behind.
